Sophomore in top 5 percent of science fair

Rohit Yavagal '21 finished in the top five percent of students who participated in the 2019 Miami Dade County Public Schools Science Fair, winning recognition as a finalist-alternate for the State of Florida Science Fair March 26-29. Yavagal worked under RE science faculty members Jay Salon and Scott Erdmann on his project: exploring methods to decrease the amount of sulfate in the Everglades.
