Raider softball picks up road victory

Sophomore Annabella Miki '25 had two hits and four RBI's as the Raiders defeated the Dolphins of Marathon High School 9-1. Junior Sofia De La Torre '24 added two stolen bases and two runs scored in the victory. Senior Leah Maduro '23 continued to lead the Raiders both on the mound and at the plate. Offensively, Maduro '23 was 1 for 2 with two runs scored and an RBI double. She would also earn the win pitching a complete game, 14 strikeout gem. The victory moves the team to 7-5 on the season as they head into their final regular season game of the year this evening at Lourdes Academy. First pitch is scheduled for 6:30 p.m at Palmetto Bay Park.
