Summer Technology Institute for faculty

Nearly two dozen faculty members from a variety of departments participated in the first-annual Summer Technology Institute June 18-22 under Chief Technology Officer Raymond Stewart. Stewart provided training in new course management tools and offered an exploration of stylus-enabled computing, interactive displays and collaborative uses of technology. The goal: To enhance the intersection between technology and the curriculum at RE. Other faculty members participated in at least 15 smaller training sessions offered during the year.
