Upper School Thanksgiving Drive

We are excited to support Miami Rescue Mission (The Caring Place) this Thanksgiving season! This annual effort is a meaningful way for our school community to come together and make a positive impact.
 
Bag Drop-Off Instructions
  • Students may bring donation bags to their advisory room for storage until pick-up day. (There is no central storage location, so your advisory is the designated spot.)
  • We load the truck ourselves.
  • Be ready to retrieve your bag and join the procession during AAA on Thursday, November 20, from 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Food Items
  • Canned: vegetables, cranberry sauce, fruits, gravy
  • Boxed mixes: stuffing, potatoes, cornbread
  • Frozen: turkeys, hams, pies (Notify Ms. Dalins so we can store these in the freezer until drive day)
Supplies
  • Napkins, paper towels
  • Plastic forks, knives, spoons, cups
Beverages & Pantry
  • Coffee, tea, sugar, creamer
  • Bottled water, canned sodas
Financial Contributions
  • Gift Cards: Please give directly to Ms. Dalins. (Cash must be converted to gift cards or checks.)
  • Checks: Make payable to Miami Rescue Mission (they will send a receipt)
