Offensive Firepower Leads Girls' Varsity Lacrosse Past American Heritage-Plantation

Calliste Skouras recorded 6 goals, 2 assists, 8 draw controls and 2 ground balls while Sophia Antezana contributed 7 goals, 1 assist and 6 draw controls as the Girls' Varsity Lacrosse Team defeated American Heritage-Plantation on Friday evening by a score of 20-4. Ellie Dyke (3 goals, 4 assists), Gaby Pena (2 goals, 2 assists) and Jessica Lee (2 goals) helped lead the offensive onslaught. Other notable highlights include: Maya Rego with 3 assists and 4 draw controls, Jojo Pena with 3 ground balls and 1 caused turnover and Neely Amdur with 1 ground ball and 1 caused turnover. Goaltender Helaina Harris made 5 saves between the pipes for the Raiders who have maintained an unblemished record of 8-0.
