Raiders advance to district semifinal with 13-1 victory over Palmer Trinity

Seniors Sebastian Hicks '21, and Griffin Costello '21 each had a pair of goals in a 13-1 victory over Palmer Trinity in the FHSAA class 1A district 16 quarterfinals to advance to Thursday afternoon's district semifinal against Westminster Christian. Junior Jack Rivas Vasquez '22 added two goals, and two assists in the victory. The Raiders received multiple contributions as ten Raiders scored on the evening. Bryce Sadler '24, Ryan Bienstock '24, Noa Abboud '24, Bruce Leight '21, Parker Aldaheff '23, Gori Spillis '21, and Robbie Barnett '21 all scored a goal in the victory. Defensively, the Raiders were sharp allowing just one goal on the evening behind strong goaltending from senior Elliott Sable '21.  The Raiders will get back to the practice field today as they prepare for their semifinal contest.
