HOMELESS MAT WEAVING AND CARE PACKAGES
10 AM - 12 PM, Ludington Hall
Weaving plastic into plarn; no weaving or crocheting experience required
Products donated to Pinecrest Library to create plastic mats for homeless, coordinated by CREate for a Cause
Also assembling bags of toiletries for Chapman Partnership
SUPPLIES NEEDED for this event! –
Jan. 6 - 14, bin in drop off circle
Plastic bags, travel size soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, socks, feminine hygiene products, tee shirts, razors, hand sanitizer, etc.
MANGROVE CLEANUP
2 - 4 PM, meet at Senior Deck
Gloves and equipment provided
Wear masks, sunscreen and closed-toe shoes that can get muddy and wet.
Bring reusable water bottles
Open to Upper School and Middle School students. Upper School students must sign up through Mobile Serve. Middle School students must sign up with Dr. Jackson.

LITTLE DRESSES AND SHIRTS FOR HAITI
9 AM - 12 PM, online and in person at MS
Hosted by RE Little Dresses and Shirts for Haiti Club and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Join us to sew little shirts for boys and dresses for girls to be sent to Haiti.
SUPPLIES NEEDED for this event! –
Jan. 10-14, deliver to the reception area
Brightly colored fabric or clean, new, cotton pillowcases or sewing notions.
GREATER ST. PAUL AME CHURCH FOOD DRIVEJan. 10-14, canned goods (vegetables), rice, cases of water, pasta (spaghetti), spaghetti sauce, etc. to the atrium
Jan. 17 by 9 AM, fresh donations (fresh fruit, vegetables, ground beef, turkey or chicken)
