Symphonic band earns 'Superior' rating
The 35-member RE Combined Symphonic Band traveled to South Dade High School on March 4 to perform in the Florida Bandmasters Association District 20 Music Performance Assessment. The band performed for three concert adjudicators and one sight reading adjudicator, earning an overall Superior rating. This performance marks the 25th consecutive year the RE band has performed at the district festival under conductor Jon Hamm.

Founded in 1903, Ransom Everglades School is a coeducational, college preparatory day school for grades 6 - 12 located on two campuses in Coconut Grove, Florida.
