Raiders advance to South Florida Baseball Conference final

Junior Nicholas Rubino '23 led the way with a season high 10 strikeouts over six innings as the Raiders defeated Palmer Trinity 5-0 to advance to the conference final Friday evening against Marathon High School. Four Raiders came up with crucial hits in the top of the 5th inning to break open a scoreless game led by sophomore Thomas Maxwell's '24 two run single. Defensively, the Raiders played their cleanest game of the year with just one error on the evening. The Raiders will get back to the practice field today as they prepare for a Palm League playoff matchup at Oxbridge Academy on Thursday, before their South Florida Conference Championship Friday evening.
