Raiders win Palm League playoff matchup

Freshman Noah Martin '25 and Lucian Arellano '25 combined for 7 innings pitched, seven strikes and two earned runs as the Raiders defeated Oxbridge Academy 9-7 to secure their first Palm League playoff victory, and move to 13-7 on the season. Sophomore Alejandro Garcon '24 had a strong night at the plate with a pair of hits including an RBI. Freshman Mason Lastra '25 and Michael Mederos '25 led the way defensively with a series of great plays late in the game to secure the road victory. The Raiders will look to cap off a perfect week this evening as they head to Miami Country Day to play Marathon High School in the South Florida Baseball Conference championship game. First pitch is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
