Raiders finish 2nd in 12 team Belen Invitational

The Raiders wrapped up their final regular season meet of the season with strong finishes across the roster. In the 100 yard butterfly, sophomore Nohan Gomez '25 took gold and set the meet record with a time of 54.79. Later in the meet, the sophomore would add a silver medal in the 100 yard backstroke. Senior Victor Perez '23 contributed to the team score with a third place finish in the 100 yard freestyle. The Raiders finished the meet with a pair of strong relay performances in the 200, and 400 yard freestyle earning top three finishes. The team will now begin their preparations for the post season which will kick off with the district championships next Tuesday, October 25th at the Ansin Aquatic Center.
