Alumni Award Nomination

Ransom Everglades School and the RE Alumni Association would like to recognize those alumni and alumnae whose contributions to their communities or to Ransom Everglades School, including predecessor schools (The Adirondack-Florida School, Ransom School and Everglades School for Girls), have made a substantial difference in the lives of others.

The two awards are:

Founders’ Alumni Award for Distinguished Service to the Community

Each year the Founders’ Alumni Award for Distinguished Service to the Community is given to an alumnus or alumna who has most helped to fulfill the vision of the founders of the Ransom and Everglades Schools. It is awarded to individuals who have been deeply concerned about their communities and who have demonstrated honor, courage and leadership. Through loyal attitude, inspired spirit and unselfish action, they have fulfilled the mission of the Ransom Everglades School.

Head of School’s Alumni Award for Distinguished Service to the School

Each year the Head of School's Alumni Award for Distinguished Service to the School is given to an alumnus or alumna whose commitment and service to Ransom Everglades School and its alumni are an inspiration for the entire school community.
