10th grade Mandatory Student/Parent Substance Abuse

On Tuesday, September 27th, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, 10th grade parents and students will discuss topics of concern regarding substance use, abuse and dependence. Required by the Counseling Department and guided by our 10th grade Advisors, parents and students will be inspired to live a healthy life in pursuit of their personal goals and will have the opportunity to speak freely with each other. RE’s tried and true “swap your parent/kid night” is an eye opening way to hear what others think and feel about the dangers of drugs, alcohol, tobacco and prescriptions.
