Ransom Everglades will welcome Sir Kenneth Robinson, a renowned authority on innovation in education, for an evening lecture at the Lewis Family Auditorium on Oct. 17. Head of School Penny Townsend and RE's board of trustees are honored to present Sir Kenneth, an iconic public speaker with a brilliant mind, to the RE community. The 7 p.m. event will be followed by a reception.
"I'm thrilled Sir Kenneth Robinson will share his vision for education in the 21st century as we prepare for a rejuvenation of our Upper School campus," Head of School Penny Townsend said. "We strongly believe in the power of new ideas and thinking outside the box to continually empower our students and improve their experience at RE."

Internationally recognized for his TED talks on education and business, Sir Kenneth has been called “one of the world’s elite thinkers on creativity and innovation” by Fast Company magazine. Videos of his talks to the prestigious TED Conference have been the most viewed in the history of the organization, seen by an estimated 300 million people in over 150 countries.
