Francisco Herrera

Associate Director of College Counseling

I was born and raised in Miami and am excited to be back home with RE's college counseling team. I completed my bachelor's degree at Dartmouth College and my master's at the University of Texas at Austin, both in Latin American Studies. I've worked as an admission officer at Dartmouth and more recently at Brown University, where I also served as the liaison for undocumented, first-generation and low-income students. I also spent two years working as a college counselor in Denver, Colo., where I enjoyed cheering on the cross country team and ran the Colfax Urban 10-Miler and Half Marathon. Outside of work, I spend most of my time reading and exploring the city.
