College Counseling

Claudia Jolivert

Senior Associate Director of College Counseling

A member of the RE college counseling team since 2008, I am honored to support our students on their journey to college. Born in Bogotá, Colombia, I earned a BS from Georgetown University and an MS in economic and political development from Columbia University. My career in education started in admissions at Saint Andrew’s School in Boca Raton before I returned to Georgetown to work in undergraduate admissions. I served a five-year term on the board of trustees for the Association of College Counselors in Independent Schools, and I was recently elected treasurer of the board of directors of the Southern Association for College Admission Counseling. I am a mother of three and the owner of two rescue dogs, and I enjoy chocolate, yoga and salsa dancing.
