Sixteen RE students named to district honor band

Sixteen Ransom Everglades band students were invited to join the Florida Bandmasters Association District 20 Honor Band. which recognizes the region's top band musicians and will perform Jan. 24-25, 2020, at Miami Country Day School. Nine middle school students under Cathi Leibinger earned the recognition along with seven upper schoolers under Jon Hamm.
The FBA's district 20 includes private schools in Miami-Dade County and all schools in Monroe County.

Founded in 1903, Ransom Everglades School is a coeducational, college preparatory day school for grades 6 - 12 located on two campuses in Coconut Grove, Florida.
