Young REsearchers Program (Summer Course)

STEM 319
In this mini-session open to both newcomers and those already in the Young REsearchers Program (YREP), students develop projects and conduct research in fields of study including chemistry, biology, and engineering. Students learn the scientific process of sample preparation and data collection in a laboratory, as well as continue to work on projects involving laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) through the use of a laser formerly housed at the Frost Science Museum. Curiosity and a willingness to learn are all you need!
