Leaders In Training (LIT)
Ransom Campus
The LIT program is for students entering 9th and 10th grades, as they transition from day campers into future counselors. LITs receive training and instruction as well as hands-on shadowing and engagement opportunities with campers and staff. The goal for LITs is to develop independence, leadership, and a sense of responsibility, while still enjoying the social aspect and activities of camp.

Founded in 1903, Ransom Everglades School is a coeducational, college preparatory day school for grades 6 - 12 located on two campuses in Coconut Grove, Florida. Ransom Everglades School produces graduates who "believe that they are in the world not so much for what they can get out of it as for what they can put into it."
