Homecoming 2026

Alumni, parents, students and all who love Ransom Everglades are invited to Homecoming 2026 events on Friday, October 9, 2026. Spectators can enjoy volleyball and sample local delicacies from food trucks; note that tickets are required for the football game. Attendees are encouraged to wear white or RE attire to the games.

Parking on campus is limited. Please consider ridesharing (there will be a Lyft/Uber drop-off zone on campus). Finally, note our security policy below.

Security Information

Clear Bag and Beverages Policy 

To ensure a safe, efficient and enjoyable environment for all student-athletes, coaches, families and fans, Ransom Everglades School enforces a strict Clear Bag Policy for all athletic events. All attendees, including RE families, visiting fans, and team guests MUST adhere to these guidelines prior to entry.
 
Approved Bags
  • Clear Bags: Entirely clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags.
  • Plastic Storage Bags: Clear, re-sealable freezer bags.
Prohibited Items
  • Prohibited Bags: Backpacks, purses, duffel bags, large totes, printed or tinted plastic bags, cinch bags, mesh bags and camera cases.
  • Coolers & Containers: Hard- or soft-sided coolers, thermoses, tumblers, and outside beverage containers of any kind.
  • Event Distractions & Effects: Noisemakers (air horns, megaphones, cowbells, whistles) & powders of any kind (baby powder, color powder, cornstarch).
Exceptions & Notes
  • Medically Necessary Items & Diaper Bags: Exceptions will be made for necessary medical supplies and infant diaper bags after proper inspection.
  • Athletic Gear (Athletes & Coaches): Student-athletes and coaching staff carrying team gear bags must enter through designated team entry gates.
  • Bag Inspection: All approved bags remain subject to search upon entry. Alcohol, tobacco/vaping products, and weapons are strictly prohibited on campus.
Policies for Children
  • Children in eighth grade and younger must be supervised by a parent at all times. Children left unsupervised will be asked to call their parents and wait with a staff member until a parent has picked them up at which time they will be required to depart for the evening.

  • For viewing the football game, the upper balcony that looks over the field will be reserved for adults only and adults with small children in strollers.
