Varsity Baseball Claims Back-to-Back Wins

The Varsity Baseball Team captured back-to-back wins on Friday evening and Saturday morning. The team hosted Somerset Academy-South Homestead and Riviera Prep at the Boys and Girls Club of Miami. On Friday evening Chris Basile pitched 4 solid innings allowing only 1 run. Michael McBrayer went 3-3 with 2 singles and a double. Alex Boehm went 2-3 with 2 singles and 1 RBI. The final score was Ransom Everglades, 11 and Somerset Academy-South Homestead, 1. On Saturday morning the team defeated Riviera Prep, 5-4. Pitcher Tommy Fisher got his first varsity victory on the mound for the Raiders.
