Boys' Varsity Lacrosse Edges Miami Country Day
Matthew Weissmann led all scorers with 3 goals and 2 assists as the Boys' Varsity Lacrosse Team defeated the visiting Miami Country Day Spartans on Friday evening under the lights at Robert E. Walker Field. Matias Calle recorded 2 goals and 2 assists while Marlon Ly added a goal and an assist. Samson Bienstock, Robbie Moret, Jack Rivas-Vazquez and Aaron Winer contributed 1 goal apiece. Goaltenders Elliot Sable and David Civantos split time between the pipes. Sable made 8 saves on the night while Civantos had 7. The final score was Ransom Everglades, 10 and Miami Country Day, 8.
