Boys' Varsity Water Polo Wins Thriller at RE Invitational
The Boys' Varsity Water Polo Team picked up three wins including a double shootout victory at the RE Invitational. The first came against district-rival Belen Jesuit by a score of 8-4. Lucas Gomez scored 3 goals and dished out 2 assists as the team defeated West Orange High School, 11-7. The final game of the tournament was a thrilling, double shootout win over Alonzo and Tracy Mourning Senior High School, 12-11. Perry Samimy led the team with 3 goals and 3 steals and Lorenzo Prattico scored the game-winner to seal the victory for the Raiders.
