MS and US students win art honors

Sam Gelber ’22 won first place in the Portrait Category of the 2020-21 Junior Orange Bowl Photography Competition while Ben Kaplan ’23 and Jules Murray ’22 advanced to the finals of the 20th annual Beaux Art Student Art Showcase. Meanwhile, 12 middle school students had their art accepted into the spring 2021 Celebrating Art contest.
The trio of upper schoolers are students of photography teacher Matt Stock.
  
The middle school honorees: Juliana Hommen '27, Rutger Levin-Munoz '27, Kyle Henry '27, Matthew Hawkes '26, Lily Poses '26, Val Capote '26, Avery Atkins '26, Haile Ferrentino '25, Julia Lewkowitz '25,  Renee Fonseca '25, Marley Carrillo '25 and Griggs Diemar '25. They are students of Elsa Munoz, Ellen Grant and Constance Hyde.
