Raiders move to 6-0 with road victory

Senior kicker Caleb Carlson '22 converted on a career long 47 yard field goal as special teams and defense led the way in a 37-7 victory over Pompano Beach High School. Senior Andy O'Brien '22, and junior Ryan Courey '23 had strong games on the defensive line wreaking havoc in the backfield throughout the night. On the offensive side of the ball, quarterback Nicholas Rubino '23 had another strong performance along with seniors Levi Gans '22, and Jack Rivas-Vazquez '22. With two games remaining the Raiders are in a position to clinch the top seed in the independent league and host the semifinals if they win out. That will be no small task though as the Raiders will host 3-1 Somerset South Homestead this Friday on senior night before heading to undefeated Florida Christian to close out the regular season.
