Raiders win combined team title at RE Invitational

Both Raider swim teams had exceptional performances during the rain shortened RE Invitational hosted at the Ansin Aquatic Center on the upper school campus of Ransom Everglades this past weekend. The Raiders combined for 696 points which was good enough for an 84 point victory over seven other schools. The Raiders were led by sophomore Kiera Rampersad '25 who won the 100 meter butterfly with a time of 58.59. Other outstanding performances included senior Victor Perez '23 who finished 2nd in the 50 yard freestyle with a time of 24.03 in a field of 38 swimmers, as well as sophomore Nohan Gomez '25 who finished 2nd in the 100 yard butterfly with a time of 54.45. Congratulations to all student athletes on both teams.
