Raiders bounce back with four set victory over Florida Christian

Sophomore Julia Lewkowitz '25, and senior Elise Echarte combined for 26 kills to lead the Raider offense in a four set victory over Florida Christian. Junior Andrea Ortiz '24, and sophomore Addison Pollock '25 anchored the defense combining for 30 digs. In front of the home crowd, the Raiders came out strong cruising to a 25-19 first set victory. The Raiders would struggle in set two before bouncing back with excellent team volleyball to close out the match in four sets against a district opponent. With the victory the Raiders move to 6-7 on the season and currently sit as the second seed in the district playoffs with three weeks left in the regular season. The Raiders will get back on the practice court today as they prepare for a Palm League contest Thursday afternoon at University School. First serve is set for 6:30 p.m.
