Raiders finish 3rd in ten team field

The Raider girls swim team showed just how far they have come finishing in a tie for 3rd with Carrollton School of The Sacred Heart at the Belen Invitational. Earlier in the year the Raiders were beaten decisively by Carrollton but have since closed the gap as the team continues to improve with districts a week away. The Raiders were led by Sophomore Kira Rampersad '25 who took the gold medal in the 100 yard butterfly, and the silver medal in 100 yard breaststroke. The Raiders were also impressive in their relays with three top four finishes. The Raiders will get back in the pool today for practice as they start their preparation for the district championships next Tuesday at the Ansin Aquatic Center
