Sailors finish sixth in the national keelboat invitational

RE sailors Jackson McAliley '23, Sophia Adams '23, Ian Fox '24 and Sebastian Johan van de Kreeke '25 finished sixth in the Interscholastic Sailing Association High School National Keelboat Invitational Dec. 10-11 in St. Petersburg. The students, under the direction of captain Joe Logan, worked to overcome challenging conditions in the annual competition for the famed Mendleblatt Trophy that attracted the top schools in sailing from around the nation.
McAliley served as skipper; Adams as jib trimmer; Fox as mainsheet trimmer and tactitian; and Van de Kreeke handled mast controls.
