Raiders move to 10-5 with victory over Coral Reef

The Raiders showed no signs of rust after a 10 day lay off defeating Coral Reef 41-14. The victory moved the team to 10-5 on the year and in prime position for a high seed in the district playoffs later this month. Junior Gabriella Pena '24 continued her strong season with 14 points and eight rebounds. Junior Leah Croom '24 added 12 points of her own in the victory. The Raiders jumped out to an early 8-1 lead and never looked back. Defensively, the team played their best game of the year holding Coral Reef to a total of 14 points. The Raiders will get back to practice today as they prepare to host IMater tomorrow in a Saturday matinee. Game time is scheduled for 12:00 P.M. at Henry A. Anderson Gymnasium.
