Raiders open season with resounding victory

Senior Leah Maduro '23 starred on the mound with 15 strikeouts and a one hitter as the Raiders rolled to an 11-1 victory over LaSalle on opening night. Junior Sofia De la Torre '24 opened her season with four stolen bases, three runs scored, and an RBI in the win. Sophomore Annabella Miki '25 added four RBI's of her own. The Raider infield played well behind freshman shortstop Ella Crowley '26. The Raiders will return to the practice fields on Monday as they gear up for a showdown against Gulliver Prep on Tuesday. First pitch is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. at home.
