Good News to Report from Briar Bay
The Ransom Everglades Raiders opened their season with a statement win at Briar Bay, defeating the Gulliver Raiders 157–171. Jack Milota and Ignacio “Iggy” Muñoz-Montes led the way with matching 38s, while Nicolas Vanegas (39) and Vinay Rajadhyaksha (42) completed the four scoring rounds to seal the victory. Ryder Dalal and Pearson Nadeau both turned in solid 44s to round out the lineup. It marks the first time in two years that Ransom Everglades has topped Gulliver, and the Raiders will see their rivals twice more this season. A great opening win and the best possible start to the year.
Next up: the Raiders head to Casa del Sol in Doral to face Divine Savior.
