Raiders earn strong finish at South Points #4
This weekend, Raider Sailing competed at the University of South Florida in St. Petersburg, FL at the SAISA South Points #4 Regatta. Both A and B divisions raced simultaneously in 420s and FJs, creating back-to-back races throughout the day. The team completed eight races in both Varsity A and Varsity B divisions.
The Raiders had an outstanding performance, winning the B Division, finishing 4th in the A Division, and placing 3rd overall in a very competitive field. The team came out of the gate strong and dominated early. As the day went on and conditions worsened, racing became more challenging, but the Raiders stayed composed and continued to battle on the water. Congratulations to all student athletes and coaches on a great weekend.
