The Ransom Everglades Boys Varsity Golf team opened the 2026–27 regular season in great form, tying the school’s nine-hole team scoring record with an impressive 4-under-par 136 at Biltmore Golf Course. The Raiders were joined by 1A District 16 rival Westminster Christian and District 15 foe Florida Christian. With a beautiful South Florida afternoon providing ideal scoring conditions, the Raiders took full advantage and delivered a record-setting performance. Leading the way was an outstanding round from freshman Axel Monssoh ’30, who fired a 4-under-par 31. Sophomore Cole Durham ’29 and senior Zachary Fischer ’27 each carded 1-under-par 34s to round out the Raiders’ counting scores. Eighth grader Anson Dover ’31, senior Matvei Puntikov ’27, and sophomore Pablo Muñoz Montes ’29 each contributed solid 2-over-par 37s.With a strong team performance and a school record tied, the Raiders are off to a great start to the new season!
