Mystery at the MS: Baker Street Irregulars

The Middle School brought to life the mean streets of London at the turn of the 20th century with an endearing performance of Baker Street Irregulars on Feb. 21-23. The orphan crime-fighting gang of irregulars (Kathleen Stanton-Sharpless '22, Alexandra Henriquez '22, Juju Simoes '22, Gerardo Mena '24 and Nico Maynulet '23) outwitted Inspector Lestrade (Noah Delisma '22) to identify an unassuming murderer (Jules Murray '22).
The performance featured lively banter, silly clowns, acrobatic dancers and a head-scratching mystery. Ben Joseph '23, Carson Stanton-Sharpless '23, Saskia Whitmoyer '22, Andres Mendoza '24, Liv Steinhardt '22, Cecilia Granda-Scott '22, Leah Ullman '23, Alexa Hommen '22, Celeste Viana '22, Katerina Ortega '22, Anistasia Victor '22, Tatiana Kheyfets '22, Alexandra Lugo '22, Hugh La Fontisse '24, Diana Gonzalez '24, Nicolas Boord '24, Ryan Berkshire '23, Trinity Haisch '24, Jake Perdigon '24, Carolina Hommen '24, Ella Lombardo '24, Zoe Katsoufis '24 and Sophia Imber '24 performed major roles.

The production team was led by student director Sofia Adams '23, stage manager Nina Lampert '22, director Gina Montet and costume designer Alina Mendoza.
