Seniors direct amazing showcase

Eight seniors presented plays they selected, cast with fellow students and directed during the Senior Directing Showcase on Jan. 18. The drama night in the Acting Studio showed the seniors' maturity as drama students and their peers' range of theatrical gifts as they performed eight pieces in front of a crowd of family and friends that jammed the studio. During breaks in the production, guests were able to view an exhibition of resumes and headshots of the directors taken by students in Matt Stock's photography portraiture class. The student directors – Andrew Ebenbach '19, Lorenzo Prattico '19, Isabella Pena '19, Ilija Wan-Simm '19, Rachel Seipp '19, Roy Black '19, Reese Dan '19, Cynthia Jelke '19 – worked under the direction of faculty member Sam Shapiro, and Quincy Knowles and Florencia Ancewicz provided technical assistance.
