Talk by Dr. Lisa Damour: Untangling Adolescence: Helping young people navigate the pressures and challenges of the teenage years

The RE community will hear from Dr. Lisa Damour, psychologist and best-selling author of Untangled: Guiding Teenage Girls Through the Seven Transitions into Adulthood and Under Pressure: Confronting the Epidemic of Stress and Anxiety in Girls.
Dr. Damour will speak about guiding teens through the seven transitions into adulthood; the difference between healthy and unhealthy stress and anxiety; and staying connected to our tweens and teens every step of the way. A book signing will immediately follow Dr. Damour's talk.
