Varsity Boys Soccer: Strong Finish to Pre-Season!
Our Varsity Boys Soccer team played their second and final pre-season game on Saturday morning against Florida Christian. It was a great match that showed our team’s continued growth and improvement, as the boys are increasingly applying the concepts and strategies we’ve been working on in practice.
The final score was 5–3 in favor of our team. Senior Jake Davies led the way with an impressive four goals, while sophomore Inti Yankelevich added one to seal the victory. It was a solid team performance and a clear step forward from Wednesday’s game and an encouraging result against a strong opponent. The boys are showing great progress and momentum heading into the regular season! Next up: our Home Season Opener against Pinecrest Glades Academy on Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. at Robert E. Walker Field!
