Boys' tennis dominates districts

The boys' varsity tennis team dominated the district championships on April 16-17 afternoon at Continental Park, sweeping the singles and doubles tournaments to easily advance to the regional semifinals. Grant Dill '19, a member of the 2018 state champion doubles team, led RE at the No. 1 spot in singles and in doubles with Xander Lake '21 as a trio of Raider freshmen made major contributions. The team is led by coach Peter Lehmann and assistant Tom Dughi.
David Green '22, Sam Gelber '22 and Dylan Kauffmann '22 contributed with singles victories. Green and Gelber also won in doubles. The boys compete in the tennis state championship outside Orlando on May 1.
