Windows installed on STEM Center

The front of the STEM Center at Ransom Everglades began to take shape in late September with the installation of columns of window panels and continued work on the large stairway/outdoor seating that will provide a building entry and entertainment space.
The cement for the stairs is scheduled to be poured in mid-October. The entire envelope of the building is expected to be finished by the end of the month; most of the pre-cast panels were in place on the backside of the building in the last week of September.

Meanwhile, work on the parking lot on La Brisa remained underway. Drainage and other underground work will continue through October. The parking lot is scheduled to be completed by early January; the STEM Center is on pace for some occupancy by March 2020.
