Raiders notch first win of season
Seniors Neil Schiff '21 and Lucas Ortiz '21 combined for 22 points, 15 rebounds, and 6 steals as the Raiders held off a late run by SLAM Academy for a 43-40 victory. Sophomore Daniel Ribeiro '23 contributed in a big way with 12 points and two assists. Junior Aidan Rothstein '22 converted crucial free throws down the stretch to put the game away. The victory moves RE to 1-1 on the season as they prepare to host Miami Country Day School Thursday evening. Game time is scheduled for 7:30 PM and will be live streamed.
