Boys Water Polo moves to 5-0
Sophomore Ricky Sucre Gil '23 broke out in a big way with six goals, five assists, and two steals to lead the Raiders to a 28-9 victory over Braddock High School last night at the Ansin Aquatic Center. Sophomore Carson Stanton-Sharpless '22 added seven goals, four steals, and one assist in a strong performance of his own. The Raider offense continued its fantastic play scoring over 20 goals for the fifth consecutive time including another dominant first quarter that led to an 8-1 lead. From there the Raiders would continue to control the game as they cruised to a 28-9 victory and a 5-0 record on the season. The Raiders will get back in the pool for competition today as they visit Gulliver Prep. Game time is scheduled for 5:00 PM.
