Girls Lacrosse moves into top 20 in the state with latest victory
The Raiders continued their perfect season with a 17-3 victory over Cardinal Gibbons to improve to 7-0 on the year, and move into the top 20 in the FHSAA state rankings. Senior Maya Rego '21 led the way with four goals, one assist, and four draw controls. Seniors Eleanor Dyke '21, and Rachel Bienstock '21 combined for seven goals and six assists, and senior Brinson Cusack '21 rounded out the scoring with a goal of her own. Defensively the Raiders continued their strong play, allowing a total of 15 shots on goal and just three scores. The Raiders will look to move their win streak to eight when they host Gulliver Prep at Robert E. Walker Field this afternoon. Game time is scheduled for 4:30 PM.
