Raider softball plays well in 18-11 victory

Sophomore Lea Maduro '23 pitched six strong innings, and had four runs scored including an RBI triple to lead the Raiders to an 18-11 victory over LaSalle High School. Senior Isabella Bremer '21 added two RBI's, and freshman Tea Vallone '24 recorded her first hit as a Raider in her first start of the season. Freshman catcher Sofia de la Torre '24 added two hits and a run scored in the victory. Senior Daniella Sanchez '21 put together a two hit night that included an RBI and a run scored. The Raiders put together their best performance of the season at the plate with double digit hits and 18 runs scored. The Raiders will get back to the diamond today as they prepare to play at Carrollton Friday afternoon. First pitch is scheduled for 4:00 PM.
