Raiders defeat district foe in four sets
Junior Stephanie Wallen '24 led the way with 26 assists, and 2 aces as the Raiders bounced back from first set loss to defeat Riviera Prep in four sets in their final regular season contest (20-25, 25-17, 25-21, 25,-20). Sophomore Addison Pollock '25 was a star defensively for the Raiders with 21 digs on the night. Offensively, the Raiders received contributions from sophomore Julia Lewkowitz '25 and senior Elise Echarte '23 as they combined for 27 kills, 21 digs, and 6 aces. The Raiders will now turn their attention to the post season. The Raiders have earned the number two seed, and will host the quarterfinals next Tuesday evening at 6:00 p.m. Should they win that game they will host Riviera Prep in a rematch for a spot in the district final the following evening.
