Raider defense fuels big victory over Dade Christian
Sophomore Zeke Battier '26 led the way with a team high 27 points, eight rebounds, and three assists as the Raiders picked up their best win of the season against a good Dade Christian team. Defensively, the Raiders held Dade Christian to season low of 40 points and 29% shooting from the field. Sophomore Quinn Pegg '26 provided a pair of clutch three pointers late in the fourth quarter to seal the victory and move the Raiders to 3-5 on the season. Eighth grader Jordan Nabaka '28 added six points, four assists, and a steal while controlling the backcourt for the Raiders. The team will look to build upon Friday's victory as they head to LaSalle in a crucial matchup this afternoon. Tip off is scheduled for 5:00 p.m.
