Raiders move to 2-0 with strong performance
Senior Ryan Bienstock '24 led the the way with three goals and two assists as the Raiders rolled to a 12-2 victory to open the home slate of the 23-24 season over Westminster Academy. Sophomore Wes Barnett '26 and eighth grader Liam Segal '28 gave the Raider offense a boost with two goals of their own. From the opening whistle the Raiders were focused and jumped out to a 6-1 first quarter lead. Junior goalie Chase White '25 stopped five of six shots behind strong defensive efforts from junior Connor Gumbs '25 and senior Jack Pollock '24. The Raiders will look to stay undefeated as they head to Calvary Christian tomorrow evening for a 7:00 p.m. game.
