Boys' Varsity Soccer Wins Preseason Classic
The Boys' Varsity Soccer Team started its season on a high note with two victories at the Miami Country Day Preseason Classic. In the first game the team defeated Miami Jackson, 2-1. Danny Mendoza and Nico Guerini recorded 1 goal apiece. In the second game the team defeated Coral Shores, 7-0. Danny Mendoza recorded 3 goals, Dillan Kaye, Nico Guerini, Joseph Gross and Daniel Daley each scored 1 goal each. Gross also had 2 assists. Guerini, Kaye, Daley, Mendoza and Armando Angeli each recorded 1 assist. Goalkeepers Antonio Tsialas and Walker White combined for the shutout.
