Raider volleyball gets big road victory at Pinecrest
Sophomore Adrian Stone led the way with 17 digs, six kills, and two aces in a three set Raider sweep over Pine Crest by the scores of 25-15, 25-17, 25-19. Junior De'vonte Payton continued his strong season with another all around performance that included 14 kills, and 13 digs. Sophomore Ryan Vainder '23 added seven digs, two kills, and one block in the victory. The Raider defense continued to improve in the return of serve department which allowed hitters Gabe Menendez de Alencar '23, and De'vonte Payton '22 opportunities to win points at the net. With the win the Raiders move to 6-2 on the season as they prepare to host Belen Jesuit this afternoon at 6:00 PM.
