Raiders improve to 2-0 with convincing victory

Senior Reid Rosenberg 25' had career highs catching eight passes for 114 yards, and three touchdowns as the Raiders breezed past Coral Springs Charter 38-3 to kick off the home slate. Freshman quarterback Neimann Lawrence 28' picked up right where he left off last week with another strong performance going 18-25 for 308 yards, and four touchdowns in the victory. Freshman running back Noah Alce 28' showed his potential rushing for 59 yards on seven carries, and catching two pass for 54 yards including a pair of touchdowns. Defensively, the Raiders were led by junior Edwin Carr '26 and senior Mateo Gutierrez '25 who were in the backfield all night long. The Raiders will now turn their attention to the Palmer Trinity Falcons as they look to retain the oar for a seventh consecutive season in the fiftieth additon of the Battle For The Oar, Friday afternoon at Palmer Trinity Field.
